[WATCH]: EQUALIZER Supersets #2

One thing I like to do with the EQUALIZERS is flyes for the chest- by placing them really wide I can really mimic flyes and isolate the chest- while it's not for everyone it works well for me- you may want to try going a bit less wide at first- from there I go right into plyometric push-ups, next up is side laterals (the bars move much different than weights which is nice and the different feel ads variety and improved muscle activation) and then into presses. www.LebertFitness.com
